Exchange and Return Policy


In the coffee shop



1: The customer has the right to replace or return the products if they arrived damaged or defective without being used, provided that he notifies the store directly.


(Through available means of communication) upon receiving the order directly


2: Returns or exchanges are not available for coffee, sauces, chocolate, food products in general, cleaning tools, cups, coffee machines, and grinders.

3: All products that come in bulk or half a carton are available according to the customer’s request.

It is not refundable or exchangeable if requested or if it reaches the customer.


4: Return or exchange is available for other products immediately after the customer receives the order, and shipping is at the customer’s expense.


5; Refund within 3 days only


6- Syrups and glass products. The store is concerned with inspecting, packaging and protecting syrups before shipping to the customer.

If the product reaches the customer broken or shattered

The store management is not responsible for this.


7: Coffee machines or grinders are guaranteed by the authorized agent and not by the store.


8: The Coffee House store is concerned with inspecting, packaging and protecting syrups, sauces, glass products in general, ice cream biscuits and ice cream mixes before shipping to the customer.

If the product reaches the customer broken or shattered

The store management is not responsible for this.


9: Attention: Some products are available upon request.

The merchant has the right to cancel your order.
