Preparation method:
Prepare an 8-ounce cup of hot water.
- Add 7 oz (210 ml) of milk or hot water.
- 1 measure (40 grams) of gazelle powder.
- Stir until you get the perfect blend (you can use the heating arm on your coffee machine)
- Add sugar if desired.
- Enjoy the taste of hot Ghazal coffee.
Prepare a 16 oz cold cup
- Add 150 ml (5 oz) of milk or cold water.
- 2 amounts (80 grams) of gazelle powder.
- 12 ounces of ice cubes (150 grams)
- Mix ingredients on high speed for 30 seconds.
- Enjoy the strong taste of cold Ghazal coffee.
