Kalita coffee is considered a distilled coffee, but it is considered very strong, unlike V60 and Chemex. However, many people admire the taste of Kalita and love it a lot.
The white paper filters are specially designed to fit the Kalita Wave coffee filter, which features a flat base. The Kalita Wave filters are among the best you'll try, but they require a simple rinse before you can start filtering.
