1. Heat water to 93°C (195°F) just before boiling.
2. Weigh 20 grams of coffee and grind it coarsely.
3. Pour some hot water into the French press to warm it up a little before use, then pour it.
4. Place the coffee in the French press , then pour 300ml of water evenly until all the coffee is saturated.
5. Set the stopwatch immediately for exactly 4 minutes.
