We are committed to preparing and shipping our customers' orders as quickly as possible, according to the following points:
- During weekdays, we prepare and package orders within 24 to 72 hours and deliver them to the shipping company on the same day.
- Orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until Saturday due to the weekend for shipping companies.
- Shipments typically reach the customer within 1 to 9 days after shipping, depending on the customer's city from our store's location in Riyadh and the distance of the customer's city from the nearest major distribution center of the shipping company.
- But requests in Riyadh city take approximately 1 to 3 days.
- The customer will receive a text message on his mobile phone or an email containing the order number and tracking number (after the shipping policy is issued by our store) and he can track the shipment using the tracking number on the shipping company’s website.
- If you do not receive a message or email with the information, please contact us to obtain the tracking number.
- Entering the correct address and contact number is the customer's responsibility. We will not be responsible for failure to receive the shipment due to an error in the customer's data.
- The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment with the shipping company and must receive it on time from the shipping company before returning it to the store.
- If the shipment is returned to the store due to the customer not receiving it, the customer will bear the shipping and return costs.
- Shipping is available to Gulf countries and takes from 4 to 8 days. Shipping days via DHL.
- We may have to change the shipping company depending on the need and the products required to be shipped to other companies.
